Çepaş aims to have a constant develop in every field of its operation areas. In this purpose, any innovative idea that adds value is important.

All year round CRP ideas are assessed and the best ideas are awarded. On 20th December 2017, an award ceremony was organized with the participation of all our blue collar worker brothers. The owners of best ideas of the year 2017 have presented their ideas and projects to their coworkers in addition to the management, and received their awards.

In the coming years we hope to meet with more new ideas that will lead to more progress of Çepaş and Gonvarri culture.
