Operating in line with the principle of protecting human health and the environment, Çepaş Gonvarri Industries conducts production in a fully automated galvanizing unit with dimensions of 12.5 x 1.6 x 3 meters, in compliance with TS EN ISO 1461 standards.

Çepaş's years of experience stands out especially in hot dipped galvanize coatings. Çepaş is producing fully automated galvanizing unit with 12.5 x 1.6 x 3 meter boiler sizes in accordance with TS EN ISO 1461 standards with the principle of protecting human health and environment.

Pretreatment and galvanization areas are separated from each other in Çepaş in order to protect human and environmental health. Zinc dust do not spread around in the galvanization process and contact of the employees with these materials is prevented. The components in the galvanization baths are kept under constant control while the heating and dipping period is automatically controlled in the system. All of Çepaş's products are manufactured according to TS EN ISO 1461 standards and as hot dip galvanized.

Optionally, passivation process is carried out with environmentally friendly and harmless chemicals containing Cr+3 in order to prevent the formation of white rust on the coating of the materials. The passivation process is carried out using an environmentally friendly and harmless chemical.
